Welcome to EZSTYTCH ("EZSTYTCH", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, application, and services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Description of Service
EZSTYTCH provides automated tools to convert user-supplied images and vector files into embroidery-ready files. Results are generated algorithmically and are provided "as is".
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use EZSTYTCH.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all files you upload. By uploading content, you grant EZSTYTCH a limited license to process, store, and generate output files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You represent that you have the right to upload and process the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You are responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others, including but not limited to content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
You agree not to use EZSTYTCH to process content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or intended to disrupt or exploit the Service.
If we believe content is unlawful or violates these Terms, we may remove it, suspend processing, or terminate your account. We may also cooperate with law enforcement or rights holders when required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaging in abusive behavior.
6. Output Disclaimer
Embroidery files generated by EZSTYTCH are provided without any guarantee of fitness for a particular machine, fabric, thread, or use case.
You acknowledge that embroidery involves inherent risk, including thread breaks, needle breaks, fabric damage, and machine errors. EZSTYTCH is not responsible for any damage resulting from use of generated files.
7. Plans, Limits, and Payments
Free and paid plans are subject to usage limits, feature availability, and pricing as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify plans, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for behavior that may harm EZSTYTCH or other users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZSTYTCH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or equipment.
